All digital products (DXF, CDR, SVG, etc.) remain the intellectual property of PrecisionDesign. Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for personal or commercial physical production.

• You MAY use the designs to create physical products for sale.
• You MAY NOT resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves.
• You MAY NOT use the designs to create derivative digital assets for sale.

3. Payments & Refunds

All transactions are processed securely. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. If you encounter technical issues with a file, please contact our support team.

4. Limitation of Liability

PrecisionDesign is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our designs, including machine damage or production errors. Users are responsible for testing designs on their specific hardware.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
